The Guelph Public Library is pleased to:
- Offer free membership to residents of Guelph, and affordable membership to out-of-town members
- Answer questions of all kinds (business, homework help, legal, consumer, local history, current affairs, etc.), in person, by phone, or via email
- Lend out books, DVDs and other forms of media
- Extend services to patrons with disabilities
